Review scope

This page is the public location for the subprocessor register referenced by the DPA and compliance evidence. Production evidence must attach the approved vendor list, transfer mechanism, processing purpose, country, and notice record.

Required register fields

• Subprocessor name and legal entity.
• Processing purpose and product area.
• Countries or regions where processing may occur.
• Transfer mechanism or regional safeguard.
• Security or compliance review record.
• Approval date, notice date, and owner.

Launch categories

• Cloud hosting, database, object storage, and content delivery infrastructure.
• Email, lifecycle messaging, CRM, and support intake providers.
• Payment, payout, tax, treasury, and fraud-prevention providers.
• Monitoring, alerting, incident workflow, status page, and analytics providers.
• Source control, CI, deployment, and security review providers.

Customer notice

Genesis will publish material subprocessor changes through this page or another customer notice path required by the signed agreement. Customers should use the legal and privacy contact path for objections or procurement review.
